Four months on, still no public consultation
We checked on 16 October: we found no environmental impact assessment or public consultation for the Guarda plant.
On 16 October 2026 we searched the Participa portal and found no public consultation or environmental impact assessment for the biomethane plant between Avelãs de Ambom and Pêra do Moço.
The Câmara's minutes and decisions of 24 August, 11 and 28 September and 12 October make no mention of biomethane. The latest official information is still that of 10 August, when the mayor said the project "is no more than an intention" and that the Câmara has no further information.
